Community Sleep Services CIC is a not-for-profit organisation delivering high-quality, evidence-based sleep solutions to individuals, health systems, and education providers across the UK.
We’re driven by the belief that everyone deserves access to restorative sleep, which is why we go beyond individual consultations. Our innovative programs extend to health systems, equipping healthcare professionals with the tools and training to integrate effective sleep support into their practices. We also partner with education providers to embed healthy sleep habits from an early age, fostering a future where well-being is prioritised through better sleep.
Sleep is a critical component of physical and mental health, yet access to effective sleep support remains limited.
We exist to close that gap by providing practical, clinically informed services to those who need them most, and by supporting professionals to deliver better sleep outcomes within their own settings.
We design and deliver services that address the root causes of sleep disturbance, improve recovery, and reduce the burden on public services. Our offer includes:
Direct support for individuals, tailored to their needs and circumstances.
Structured approaches to identifying and managing sleep problems at scale.
CPD-accredited training for health professionals, educators and carers to embed sustainable sleep support in their settings.
Delivering accessible education and support to local populations, families, and community groups.
Provision of current, evidence-informed materials to support sleep health across the lifespan.
Poor sleep is a significant driver of ill health, social inequality, and service demand:
Only 8%
of the UK population regularly achieve the recommended amount of sleep
Over 75%
of children with a likely mental health disorder experience regular sleep disruption
Many NHS and school-based services also lack the specialist expertise to address sleep needs effectively.
Our work directly reduces pressure on GPs, CAMHS, and mental health teams. It supports better outcomes, fewer prescriptions, faster recovery, and improved wellbeing across the board.
